2000 - Present:  MoniqueM.com (plush) / Owner -  Dominant Life Coaching & Sex Therapy

There are very specific reasons why I have chosen to drive My career in the direction it is now.  When relocating to upstate NY in 2000 it was clear that I would not be able to make the money I was accustomed to in Las Vegas, in addition there  was not a market for what I did in the area.  For this reason I had heard there was  work in phone sex this is where I began.

After working for an outside company for a month I opened my own company i.e.; MoniqueM.com.  What I  experienced during the early years, offering almost everything and anything out there I not only learned allot, but I become very aware that there was a need for what I now offer.

It has been a rough transience from fantasy to reality, what I mean by this is that most men who need help or know they are far more successful when under the direction of a female superior either don't know where to look or don't realize they have spiraled out of control or that strict compassionate women are there to help. Because of this I advertise under fetishes, BDSM etc.. Not until individuals read what I offer does it click that what they truly need is out there.   I am still not where I need to be, and it is an ongoing struggle, BUT I am passionate about what I do and will not compromise, and for those who do what change and decide to commit and surrendered to Me are far better because of it.  I am very dominant and am very skilled, what sets me apart is  I took who I am and combined it with what I have learned within the industry, my  professional and personal experience and along the way have created lives, changed behaviors, and helped many. 

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against porn, fetishes, BDSM etc.. in fact I am very much involved and always have been.  I just know why men do what they do, what they need, and what it takes to get them out of the darkness and into their life.  My education, perceptive-intuition  and dominant controlling nature is the  perfect combination and what I have created is My passion.

Previous Career:   Property Manager. - New Construction Rental Homes

I spent 15 years in the field of Property Management for new construction & development.  During these years I was the top in My field, being responsible for 350 + units, and staff of 15 I  specialized in; being a team leader, accountability and goal achievement, budgeting, accounting & financials, outside marketing, motivation, delegation, cross training etc.....

During these years I took some time off when  My son was born in 1991,  spent some time modeling, doing Print / Promotions/ Convention work.
